Dr. Cojanu’s care philosophy is rooted in precision, privacy, and measurable outcomes, blending traditional evidence-based psychiatry with advanced device-based therapeutics. With 10 years of experience across clinical, academic, and leadership settings, he brings a uniquely personal understanding of performance, resilience, and recovery to every care plan he builds.
Supported by a team of experienced specialists in medical aesthetics, operations, and strategic care, VIPPs delivers a level of expertise and attention that simply isn’t available anywhere else in the region.
Nathalia C, MHA, PMP
Nathalia C, MHA, PMP is the Director of Quality and Strategic Programs for VIPPs. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector in a variety of progressive leadership roles, she is responsible for translating organizational strategy into clinical program excellence and high-impact project execution.

I believe mental wellness begins with seeing the whole person, not just the diagnosis. As a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatry, I bring more than 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for providing compassionate, individualized care.
I work collaboratively with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns, combining evidence-based psychiatric medication management with a personalized approach that considers each person’s unique goals, values, and experiences.
At VIPPs, I am proud to be part of an innovative practice that brings together psychiatry, wellness and advanced technology. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to prioritize your mental and overall well-being.
